_builder_version=”4.2.1″ text_font_size=”16px”]<\/p>\n Upseat foi um projeto especial que permitiu \u00e0 ProCIM \u201ctransformar a ideia do cliente em realidade\u201d.<\/p>\n Al\u00e9m da motiva\u00e7\u00e3o pelo desafio do projeto, Upseat \u00e9 uma cadeira desenvolvida para crian\u00e7as com necessidades diferenciadas. Possui piso ergon\u00f4mico e assento elevat\u00f3rio que estimula a postura ereta e o desenvolvimento saud\u00e1vel do quadril da crian\u00e7a. Portanto, trata-se de um produto in\u00e9dito no mercado para atender inicialmente crian\u00e7as com necessidades especiais.<\/p>\n Steve Pankratz, fundador da Nuvate e idealizador do produto, procurou a ProCIM com um esbo\u00e7o de projeto em espuma. A partir da ideia de Steve e do esbo\u00e7o do prot\u00f3tipo, Paulo Mattos desenvolveu o design espec\u00edfico, um prot\u00f3tipo 3D e, mais tarde, a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um molde para valida\u00e7\u00e3o do produto.<\/p>\n Com ajustes sendo realizados a partir do feedback dos principais fisioterapeutas da Am\u00e9rica do Norte, a ProCIM, juntamente com a Nuvate, chegaram ao projeto A produ\u00e7\u00e3o de vedantes para eixos de h\u00e9lice lubrificados a \u00f3leo e \u00e1gua exige precis\u00e3o tanto da mat\u00e9ria-prima como no molde de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o dos vedantes para que as especifica\u00e7\u00f5es e a qualidade sejam as mesmas do produto original.<\/p>\n Versitec Marine foi um projeto em que exigiu pesquisa de material at\u00e9 a ProCIM encontrar o fornecedor ideal.
