Custom Rubber Moldings

At ProCIM Group, we offer custom rubber compression molding to the aerospace, marine, transportation, and other manufacturing industries. Our capabilities include design assistance, tooling fabrication, contract manufacturing, and finishing services. By combining high capacity contracting manufacturing services with comprehensive technical support we are able to provide customers with a turnkey solution that reduces overall manufacturing costs and lowers to-market times. We work with a variety of polymer materials including neoprene, silicone rubber, EPDM, and natural rubber to produce parts up to 48” in length and 48" in width.

The tooling costs associated with compression molding are much lower than with high pressure injection molding processes, making compression molding economical for a wide range of production volumes. All tooling is fabricated in our expansive tool room, expedited tooling production time and minimizing upfront costs.

Additional machining and surfacing finishing processes are available, allowing us to manufacture parts to tolerances as tight as ±0.005". Dimensional inspections can be performed using precision CMM equipment to verify part dimensions and hardness testing can confirm conformance to all customer specifications.
