CNC Machining/Tool Making Services

Our CNC machining and tool making capabilities at ProCIM Group include the ability to machine very large parts up to 6’ in length, 3’ in width, and 4’ in height. This capacity allows us to accurately machine a variety of molds, fixtures, and other precision components from aluminum, tool steel and stainless steel materials, while holding tolerances as tight as ±0.0002". Machining capabilities include milling, turning, boring, threading and knurling for all production volumes. Additional machining equipment such as EDM and grinding equipment are available to create intricate part features and refine surface finishes as needed. Our CNC Mills have 4-axis machining capabilities and lathes are equipped with live tooling which adds to the efficiency and accuracy of these advanced machining systems.

From our beginnings as a rubber molding company, we have grown to offer the services that customers request most in order to provide a single source solution for all customers’ casting, molding, and tooling needs. Lead times average 1 to 2 weeks, with expedited manufacturing and JIT shipping services available as needed to meet customer demand.
